Your data are secure for the following reasons :

  • The data are hosted on specific servers which reserve that there will be always an available copy (backup) of your files and ensure high availability. Your data are protected both from destruction due to a defect of your computer and from loss due to mishandling or theft.
  • Your data can be accessed only by typing your USER NAME & your PASSWORD. Therefore no one can access your data without knowing these two codes, which are defined by you.
  • Both the Password and the Security Question are defined by you. They are encrypted and no one except you is able to know them, not even the system administrator.
You can access the services of both the Personal Health Record (PHR) and Clinical Health Record (CHR) through the internet. The Service requires registration of the User and can be accessed through desktops and laptops, as well as tablets using a web browser. It is proposed to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Click on "I forgot my password" link in the Log-in Page and then fill the email you used to sign on the platform. Then click Download Question (Get Question) where the security question that you have selected in your account activation will appear. You need to type the correct Answer for that Question. After that, you can change your password by typing the new password twice (in the "New Password" and "Repeat New Password" fields). Now you can log in with your new password.
The email that you used on your registration is also used as your username. To log-in you have to fully type it in (e.g. onoma@yourcompanyname.gr).
Sending the activation e-mail is a system function and it is automated. Please verify that you are checking the right e-mail inbox with the e-mail address you used on registration and then please check if the activation mail is on the Junk/Spam folder.
If you find yourself in the "Manage Password" or "Manage Security Question" screen, you can always return to the application by pressing either the link "Back to MyHealthAngels» or pressing the MyHealthAngels logo.
If the medical data you have submitted do not appear in any lists that match, then go to the list "Actions" and look at whether there is the particular "open" action. If you want to continue with submitting the data on this action, press on the action name and complete the steps for submission. If you do not wish to submit at that point, press on the name of the action and in the submission form press "Close". If no action is displayed there, then it means that you pressed "Cancel" in the submission form.
To correct submitted medical data, you have to select the name of the data from the corresponding list. In the review page that they occur, press the 'Edit' button. There you launch the submission form of the data, where you can change the values in the fields before pressing Submit. After submitting, the data is displayed with the new values in the fields.
To cancel submitted medical data, you have to select the name of the data from the corresponding list. In the review page that occurs, press the 'Cancel' button. The cancelled data stops appearing in the corresponding “Active Data” list and appears only in the corresponding "Nullified Data" list. Data which has been canceled cannot be edited and cannot be reactivated. If you have not submitted the Data and wish to cancel it, press the "Cancel" Button in the submission form. This will delete the data.
We can stop data submission at any point, by pressing the "Close" button on the Submission Form. We can find and continue the submission at anytime, in the "Actions" list, by clicking on the actions name.
